I don't remember my password, what should I do?
When you registered, an email containing your personal information was sent to you. How to receive Moero Newsletters?
Moero newsletters allow you to receive offers tailored to your interests and to be informed of new developments as a priority. To receive them, simply register and check yes to the question: “Would you like to receive commercial offers from Moero.” If during your registration you answered no to receiving these offers and you wish to modify this answer, simply make the modification in your profile. How to unsubscribe from Moero Newsletters?
If you no longer wish to receive moero newsletters, you can either check No to the question: (Would you like to receive commercial offers from Moero.) which is located in your profile (when you are identified) or you can click on the link located at the bottom of the newsletters "If you no longer wish to receive information from Moero

If you added an item to your cart and it is out of stock, your cart will notify you. How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

To check the delivery status of your order, simply go to the carrier's website with your tracking number
How can I return a product?
We offer a return for all products purchased on moero.fr You can return your purchase within 10 days.
