Shipping your package MOERO undertakes to ship the items as quickly as possible, after receipt of your order and registration of your payment.

Strictly as an indication, delivery times vary between 5 to 15 working days (for mainland France) from dispatch.

Shipments to France are provided by La Poste’s Lettre Max or Colissimo services. Each shipment generates a tracking number.

This is sent to your email address as soon as the package leaves our premises.

(For deliveries to mainland France, customs formalities may be required.
applied with regard to the new regulations on customs duties).

For shipments to Europe or abroad, these are provided by the Postexport Merchandise service (no tracking number). In order to preserve our goods, our packages are oversized and protected.
