Refund policy
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returned items must be:
- unworn,
- unwashed,
- returned in their original packaging,
- with any accessories included.
Non-returnable products
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- underwear,
- socks,
- personalised products,
- gift cards and e-gift cards.
In-store returns
Purchases made directly in store must be returned in store.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and checked, the refund is issued to the payment method used for the order.
Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
